This class is designed for seniors, people with physical challenges and anyone wanting a slower paced exercise program. Practiced in a chair, the Yoga poses and physical sequences focus on stretching, strength and flexibility. Yoga promotes the well-being of body, mind and spirit. Participants are never forced into pain or discomfort. The movements help to release tension and stress leaving you feeling energized, yet more relaxed. Chair yoga is for all regardless of age, experience or capability. Plus, we engage lightheartedness and have fun!
