Meditation is for everyone! The group will do two meditations lasting between 12-15 minutes each with some time in between meditations and at the end of the session for brief discussions. Participants may sit on a chair or feel free to bring a mat or meditation cushion/seat of your preference. The leader will gently guide you through the meditations with soothing words and brief silences. The group will meet for 30-45 minutes depending on the group’s interests and desire for discussion. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome!
