Masks Required Inside Libraries

In response to the substantial community spread of the Delta variant of the Covid-19 virus, Mason County District Library is requiring library visitors to wear a mask properly covering the nose and mouth while indoors. If you don’t have a mask, we will provide one for you. If you can’t wear a mask, we will be happy to serve you outdoors. Curbside service is still available. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by a parent. Library hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Wednesday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm; and Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Mason County District Library’s Covid mitigation strategies were developed with input from Mason County’s emergency manager, DHD#10, Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital, MDHHS, MiOSHA, and the CDC. Due to the fact that the science is continually revised and updated as new facts, strategies and procedures come to light, Mason County District Library’s Covid mitigation strategies and procedures are subject to change according to the latest discoveries. Welcome! Vacc Up Mason County!
