Mason County children and teens are invited to enter a design contest for Mason County Promise. Contestants can participate in one of three contests.

For elementary school students, there is a bookmark contest with two age divisions, grades K-2 and 3-5.

For middle school students, the challenge is to design a sticker used at all Mason County Promise events for the 2018-2019 school year.

High school students are asked to create a t-shirt design which will be featured on t-shirts given to 2019 graduates participating in the Mason County Promise program.

There will be one winner in each division.

The Mason County Promise is a scholarship program for students in Mason County. The Promise is a significant commitment to the students and families of Mason County. Eligible students will be able to earn a two-year college degree, certificate, or approved credential from West Shore Community College that is tuition free. The Promise will prepare students for future success, and will strengthen the development of the community’s workforce, continuing to improve the economic growth of Mason County.
