Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in a mental loop? Ludington Library is hosting a series of four sessions to help.

Sarah, from Four Directions Alchemy, will lead us in 60-minute guided sessions. Each class combines accessible education, guided discussion, reflection, and practical exercises. Participants explore an everyday pattern, understand what drives it, practice useful techniques to adjust that pattern, and leave with something they can use right away.

The first event, “The Busy Brain,” will be held on Monday, September 14, 6:00 p.m., with three more events on the first Mondays of October, November, and December at 6:00 p.m. All events will be held at the Ludington branch. If you’re interested, please register online or contact the library as space will be limited.

This is the first session in a series centered around exploring patterns in our everyday lives that cause us to feel “stuck,” and learning practical ways to move forward.

The full event lineup is:

  • September 14 – The Busy Brain
  • October 5 – Understanding stress
  • November 2 – Everyday Resilience
  • December 7 – Boundaries without Guilt
